What information does My Golf Book, Inc., collect?
We currently only collect sales information such as shipping, billing and contact information.
Users can browse our Web site without providing any personal information. Once a purchase is made, however, we must collect the types of information listed above to complete the transaction. We may also collect any information provided when users submit information such as jokes, comments and any other additional information.
How does My Golf Book, Inc., use or disclose the information it collects?
First, we do not sell your information. We are in the business of making your golf experience more enjoyable through selling our product and providing an interactive website to connect with other golfers just like you. We are not in the business of selling your information and therefore do not do so. We use your information to process your requests, improve the features of our Web site and communicate with you.

Opt-Out Policy
We do not currently send you unsolicited information via email. In the future, however, we may automatically send you information about events and updates to our Web site such as an updated Quarterly Newsletter up to approximately four (4) times each year. Any information we send may be interesting and useful to you as a golfer. In the event we automatically send you golf-relevant information, we will include Opt-Out information so that you may be excluded from further mailings.

What happens if My Golf Book, Inc., is sold to or merges with another company?
It is possible that My Golf Book, Inc., and/or any of our assets may be acquired by an unrelated third party. In such a transaction, as the owner of customer information, we may sell such information in conjunction with the sale of our company. We will not, however, sell customer information as a distinct asset. In the event our company is sold to a third party, we will strive to require that the successor company maintain this privacy policy but we cannot guarantee that our policy will remain in effect.
How can I correct, update, or delete my information?
You may change or update the information we have collected by sending an email to Information@mygolfbook.com. Please include your email address, any order number, the name of the product you purchased, and the information you wish to change.
