We currently only collect sales information such as shipping, billing and contact information.

How does My Golf Book, Inc., use or disclose the information it collects?
First, we do not sell your information. We are in the business of making your golf experience more enjoyable through selling our product and providing an interactive website to connect with other golfers just like you. We do not currently send you unsolicited information via email. Any information we send may be interesting and useful to you as a golfer. In the event we automatically send you golf-relevant information, we will include Opt-Out information so that you may be excluded from further mailings.

What happens if My Golf Book, Inc., is sold to or merges with another company?
It is possible that My Golf Book, Inc., and/or any of our assets may be acquired by an unrelated third party. In such a transaction, as the owner of customer information, we may sell such information in conjunction with the sale of our company. We will not, however, sell customer information as a distinct asset. In the event our company is sold to a third party, we will strive to require that the successor company maintain this privacy policy but we cannot guarantee that our policy will remain in effect.
How can I correct, update, or delete my information?
